Crisis in Ukraine leaves children without homes
Over the past few months, lots of children in Ukraine have been deprived of their homes. This situation is caused by the growing conflict in this country. The number of kids who are in need of urgent assistance has increased rapidly. Already 1.7 million children suffer because of the ongoing fights. They are forced to flee their homes in order to escape from death. Before, they had loving families, the hope of a bright future and normal, happy childhoods. Now, all they know is fear.
Lots of them are in need of food, safe drinking water, basic medical care, and psychological support. Millions of dollars are needed in order to support all the children in need. Unfortunately, no one organization can provide everything that is needed. That is why cooperation is a vital issue in this situation.
