Michael Imevbore brings twenty years of experience in pulmonary medicine to Aid for Orphans Relief Foundation. He is a member of The American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians and the Nigerian Medical Association.
Michael has worked in collaboration with AmeriCares at the Asthma Clinic in South Norwalk CT. He is currently a Pulmonary Attending at both Hospital of St Raphael and Yale New Haven Hospital.
As a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, College of Health Sciences in Ile-Ife, Nigeria, Michael adds first hand knowledge of the hardship and desperation in Africa. It It is this great need that has drawn Michael to help orphans through AORF. Many of the children suffer from pulmonary diseases and will benefit from Michael’s knowledge and experience in this field.
